This course aims to provide you with the knowledge and skills to design exercise programmes away from the gym; for example, at a client's home, workplace or outside using a variety of small portable equipment and walking. You will look at using a wide variety of equipment such as fitballs, stability discs, wobble boards, Bosu balls, focus mitts, medicine balls, resistance bands and tubes, and many more.
Duration: 1 day practical training + 1 day assessment
Certification: Central YMCA Certificate in Training in Different Environments Level 3.
Assessment: Practical assessment & evaluation, programme card
